Cancellation Policy

If you have made a reservation and wish to cancel we require 48 hours notice with no charge
 
Holiday season (Christmas/New years) 
We will require notice 5 days prior to your booking. if 5-day notice can not be given you will be responsible for the boarding fee for the dates you reserved

Requirements

Owners are to provide a copy of veterinarian certificates. Visiting furry guests’ vaccinations must have been given within the last 12 months.

Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis & Bordetella

Cats

Rabies, FVRCP

  • From June until November, pets must be on a veterinarian approved heartworm and flea program.
  • Our visiting guests must be in good health, non-aggressive and able to play with other dogs and people.
  • Dogs and cats should be spayed or neutered
